Food Facts, Food Science Australia's newsletter for the food industry, was published between 1998 and 2004. Each issue contained stories about our research and other activities. A calendar of courses and conferences organised by Food Science Australia was also included in each issue.
Food Facts is published as a full colour, 4-page A4 brochure. The electronic version available here is an Acrobat PDF file.PDF

In 2006 Food Facts was superceded by our Food Science and Nutrition newsletter.
